Casa Pérola is a luxury semi detached bungalow on the upmarket Clube Golfemar alongside Vale de Milho Golfe Course.

On the bungalow park there is a wonderful full size swimming pool and another one for toddlers.

The bungalow is furnished to a very high standard, having a luxury fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.

There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms, both en-suite, with both bath and shower.

The house also has satelite TV, VHS and DVD player, a sound system and CD player.
The house is double-glazed throughout with anti mosquito screen.
There are electric shutters on the doors and windows for security and comfort.

Casa Perola enjoys fabulous sea views from its own patio and roof-terrace.

For winter there is a wood-burning fireplace and in the bathrooms electric central heating.

The villa is air conditioned.

The property is non-smoking and guests are requested to respect this policy.

The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is four people.

There are beaches, bars, restaurants, tennis courts and a mini-market close by.
Vale de Milho Golfe course is only a few hundred metres away (for information, see below)

Carvoeiro village with its many bars and restaurants is only a few minutes drive.

Casa Perola looks out on Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 golfcourse. (www.valedemilhogolf.com) The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, the Pestana Golff Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and the Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Area information
Alfanzina (Clube Golfemar area), on the coast to the east of Carvoeiro, is close to the popular development of Rocha Brava. Facilities here include a cyber café, a holistic health centre, tennis club and a small gym. Clube Atlantico is nearby, with two tennis courts (which can be booked and paid for locally), an excellent Italian restaurant, a communal pool, mini-golf and a children's play area. Monte Carvoeiro has several restaurants and bars around a central square. They vary and include an Indian and a steak house, where diners are provided with hot stones to cook the meat to their taste at the table. There is also a good jazz club. There are numerous beautiful beaches in and around Carvoeiro, such as Centianes, Carvalho, Benagil, Marinha and Albandeira. There are two waterparks and horse riding within easy driving distance and a lively nightlife in the town centre. Flanked by high cliffs, Carvoeiro was, until the 1970's, a sleepy fishing village. Nowadays the steep roads, to the left and right of the main square and town beach, are lined with restaurants and bars.
